typical of our valley are : Borlenghi, Fried Dumplings and Tigelle, cured meats (Bologna, salami, ham, pork scrutchings), fruits (apricots, chestnuts, IGP cherries, apples, peaches, pears, plums,  ..), fresh pasta (gramigna, lasagne,  tortellini,  tortelloni) , Parmigiano Reggiano and other cheeses,  Truffle, Mushrooms,  Pignoletto, Lambrusco and homemade liqueurs (Laurino, Nocino, ..), Balsamic Winegar of Modena, sweets ( pinza,  raviole, rice cake, castagnaccio).
