We accept the following payments : credit card/ bancomat/ anticipate transfer / cash.

The payment must be done at the arrival. We reserve to check the validity of the credit card requesting the pre-authorization before the arrival.

HOSPITALITY

• CHECK-IN : from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. (it’s possible an early or late check-in, subject to availability). Please tell us, as soon as possible, the time of arrival
• CHECK-OUT : within 11 a.m. (it’s possible a late check-out, subject to availability)

ESSENTIAL SERVICES IN THE NEARBY 

Near Ca’Stanga there are the villages of   Anzola dell’Emilia, Calcara, Bazzano, Crespellano,  where you can find all the essential services, including hospitals, doctors , medical and vet surgeries.

RULES OF CONDUCT

The guest garantees to handle the apartment and the things content according to the criteria of the “good father of the family” and to refund  the farmholiday of the eventual damages. The behavior of the client must be appropriate to the relationship of the good neighborly. The client is responsible of the safety of his minors and his animals and answer to the damages caused by them. If the apartment will let messy (uncleaned kitchen, uncleaned floor…) will applied an additional cost for the EXTRA final cleaning. If there is linen not washable or if there are some broken things or there are some missing things, we will request the refund for the necessary reset. You mustn’t smoke into the apartment an you mustn’t throw the butts on the floor (direttiva 2014/40/UE). The claims written are accepted before the departure. If there are disputes the Bologna’s hole is competent.
